Hans pada woh nujoomi meri aankhon mein nami dekh kar
Bola tujhe zakhm nahin, par ek chehra umr bhar rulaye ga

हँस पड़ा वो नुजूमी मेरी आँखों में नमी देखकर
बोला तुझे ज़ख़्म नहीं, पर एक चेहरा उम्र भर रुलाएगा

Khamosh rehna, koi sawal na poochhna

Meri ghairat ke aage kisi ko na lana

زندگی کی ہر خوشبو ہوا کے ساتھ کھو گئی

ہم نے جنہیں سنبھالا تھا، وہ خواب سب مر گئے
یادوں کا بوجھ اٹھا کے اب سانس لیتا ہوں
